Qualification –Graduate with MBA (Marketing)
Experience – 7 to 10 years from real Estate industry from Sales. Excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
Job description
- Involved in sales promotion activities & generating leads from Channel partners.
- Selling bungalow projects/Real Estate projects (apartments)
- Team Handling
- Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets of the sales force
- Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer/Broker for any clarification if required for that
- Achieving sales target & revenues.
- Follow up with the booked client’s & ensuring collection of booking amount
- Maintaining good relationship with CP’S
- Analysing market research data to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures and to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Achieving projected sales figure by converting the leads into business.
- Implementing sales promotional activities as part of brand building and market development effort.
- Competition watch of surrounding projects, keeping track of their status update at any point of time
- Organising brokers/CP meets
- Training of the brokers and their team with product knowledge.
- Motivating CP’S/creating new CP enrolments /creative alternative channels
