- Involved in sales promotion activities & generating leads.
- Should have experience on selling High end residential projects.
- Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets and revenues.
- Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process.
- Follow up with the booked client’s & ensuring collection of booking amount
- Maintaining good relationship with booked clients & getting referral leads.
- Cold calling, following up with the lead provided in CRM, ensuring the clients provided with project details through emails, direct phone calls, arranging for site visits.
- Follow-up with Presales team on regular basis and to provide essential details and briefing of the Project to Presales Team.
- Analyzing market research data to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures and to assess customer requirements and needs.
- Customer relationship management.
- Achieving projected sales figure by converting the leads into business.
- Should have excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
