Executive - ERP Expert cum Document Controller

Qualification- Graduate

Experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ERP Management:
    • BOQ and BOM preparation and uploading in the ERP system.
    • Attaching all relevant documents (Signed Work Orders, approval sheet etc.) in the system.
    • Creating and updating Work Orders  in ERP.
    • Handling all system-related operational tasks accurately and on time.
  1. Documentation & Office Tools:
    • Excellent proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to prepare detailed Comparative Statements (CS) after receiving quotations.
    • Maintaining proper documentation and filing (digital & physical).
  1. Industry Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Construction/Real Estate company is mandatory.
    • Strong understanding of site documentation, work order flow, vendor coordination, and BOQ-related processes.
  1. Coordination:
    • Coordinating with contractors/vendors to collect signed Work Orders, quotations, and other required documents.
    • Following up with internal teams for approvals and ERP updates.
    • Ensuring all documents are received, verified, and recorded properly.

Required Skills:

  • Strong ERP handling capability.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formatting, comparison statements).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
