Experience: 6+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Management:

- BOQ and BOM preparation and uploading in the ERP system.

- Attaching all relevant documents (Signed Work Orders, approval sheet etc.) in the system.

- Creating and updating Work Orders in ERP.

- Handling all system-related operational tasks accurately and on time.
- Documentation & Office Tools:
-
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to prepare detailed Comparative Statements (CS) after receiving quotations.

- Maintaining proper documentation and filing (digital & physical).
- Industry Experience:
-
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Construction/Real Estate company is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of site documentation, work order flow, vendor coordination, and BOQ-related processes.
- Coordination:
-
- Coordinating with contractors/vendors to collect signed Work Orders, quotations, and other required documents.
-
- Following up with internal teams for approvals and ERP updates.
-
- Ensuring all documents are received, verified, and recorded properly.
Required Skills:
- Strong ERP handling capability.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formatting, comparison statements).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
